Search for Resource/Conference Room
  1. In a new meeting window, in the Attendees field, type the name of a resource or conference room.
  2. Click Search contacts and directory.
  3. Scroll down the search results and click the resource or conference room.

  2. Click the Add Rooms button at the bottom of the window
  3. Enter a search term, select the room, and then click OK.

  2. Right-click your Calendar and click Share > Calendar Permissions.
  3. Click the Permissions tab and select Default.
  4. In the Permissions section set the permission for Read to None.
  5. Click Yes to confirm you want to change these permissions.

  2. Right-click your Calendar and click Sharing Permissions.
  3. Click the Permissions tab and in the list of names select Default.
  4. Set the Permission Level  to None.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
Find the owner of a resource calendar
  1. Click the People app.
  2. Search for the room.
  3. Click on the room, then, on the right, click on Notes.

Search for the room in the Address Book, then look at Notes for the owner.

Add Stanford Holidays calendar
  1. Click the Calendar app.
  2. Right-click My calendars and then click Open calendar.
  3. In the From directory field, enter Stanford Holidays.
  4. Select the calendar name and click Open.

  1. In the message, click the Options tab.
  2. In the More Options group, click Delay Delivery.
  3. Under Delivery options, check the box for Do not deliver before, and select a date and time.
  4. After you click Send, the message remains in the Outbox folder until the delivery time.

  7. Close the Signatures window.

  2. In the Outlook Options dialog box, click Mail in the left pane and then click the Signatures button.
  3. In the Edit signature section, click the Inset Picture button to select a picture.
  4. Click OK to save.
