Facilitated Migration

Should you encounter problems, please submit a Help request or visit #jamf in Slack.

Step 1: Remove AirWatch profile

1. Launch the AirWatch Portal from your phone or desktop
2. Enter your SUNet ID and password and click Login
3. Select Enterprise Wipe for the device you’d like to migrate

Optional: Step 2: Ensure removal of Stanford account

The account is removed automatically in most cases

1. On your phone, go to Settings > General > Mail > Accounts
2. If you see a Stanford account, select it, and then Delete account

Step 3: Enroll in Jamf

1. From the Home screen, go to Safari
2. Navigate to jamfenroll.stanford.edu
3. Enter your SUNet ID and password and click Login
4. Select Continue, then Allow, then Close
5. Open the Settings app
6. Tap Profile Downloaded
7. Tap Install
8. Enter your device passcode
9. Tap Install twice, then Trust

Step 4: Configure Stanford account

1. Wait for prompt
2. Tap “Edit Settings”
3. Enter your SUNet ID and password and click Login
