As of June 01, 2019, University IT (UIT) Communication Services successfully completed the migration to a new call recording platform.
Your archived recordings on the old platform will be available to you through December 31, 2022. If you need to access your archived recordings on the old platform, you can access them as you normally would until August 31, 2019. After September 1, 2019, please submit a help ticket for the voxida recoding request. Archived recording retrieval will typically be provided within 5 business days.
