Enterprise Systems On-Demand Support

To serve you better, Enterprise Systems now provides remote on-demand support Monday through Friday, which replaces on-site support on Friday mornings. Remote on-demand support includes access to a specialist in each application who uses screen sharing to help resolve problems quickly and provides assistance with any of the following applications:

ORACLE PEOPLESOFT REPORTING OTHER

When: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., excluding university holidays.

Where: On-demand support for enterprise systems is available remotely from any location. To schedule support, submit a Help ticket, state that you are requesting one-on-one help, and name the problem application. You can also schedule support by calling the UIT Service Desk at 650-725-4357 or 5-HELP (5-4357).
