This lecture covers some of the most powerful tools and features of Word needed to create professional documents. Learn effective ways of moving, selecting and formatting text.  Discover shortcuts. Speed up your document formatting efforts.

  • Reduce the amount of typing you do and reduce errors at the same time by storing and reusing text in your documents

  • Save time by using tables instead of tabs to separate columns
  • Create professional looking tables instantly
  • Formatting and resizing tables
  • Create, save and reuse table structure and content

  • Create, save and reuse document graphics
  • Control the layout of document graphics using drawing canvases
  • Drive your points home with powerful business diagrams -- without reinventing the wheel

Prerequisite skills for this class:
This class is designed for current Microsoft Word users. Participants already should be comfortable creating, editing and saving basic Word documents.
