Learn how to work with Google Forms.  Create questionnaires, quizzes, surveys, or collect e-mail addresses for newsletters.  With Google Forms you can collect and analyze data directly in your web browser.

Build a form from scratch using various question types:

• Short answer
• Multiple choice
• Checkboxes
• Drop down selection
• Linear scales
• Multiple choice grids

Collaborate with others while designing a form, set parameters around who participates.

• Collect names of participants or allow for anonymous input 
• Leave a survey open-ended, or close it
• Allow for one or multiple responses
• Analyze data collected, publish results or keep them private
