Class Description
This hands-on workshop will engage participants in discovering a variety of actual practical applications for using collaborative tools to enhance workflow and boost productivity.
Abstract
The session will explore and discuss a series of common administrative tasks and managerial challenges that are frequently encountered when working with remote workers or distributed teams.
Working together participants and the instructor will explore and identify the best collaborative tools available within the Stanford collaborative tool box which will help to address these challenges in a simple and effective way.
The course will examine how collaborative tools can facilitate communication, planning, organizing and maintaining productive workflow processes for distributed teams.
