Enhanced Room Scheduling

Fusion is an application that enhances your experience when scheduling conference rooms. Integrating with your Microsoft 365 Calendar, Fusion provides a holistic view of available conference rooms and user-friendly functionality.

Display panels outside of conference rooms show whether a room is in use, which meetings are scheduled in the room that day, and even allow you to reserve a room directly from the panel.

  • Book conference rooms directly on the panels or your desktop or laptop through your Microsoft 365 calendar.
