Problems Connecting to Webmail

Update 10:00 AM: University IT and Microsoft have corrected the issue.  All services are operating normally. If you experience any on going difficulty, please submit a HelpSU request or call the Service Desk at 650.725.4357.

8:15 AM: Clients are having difficulty connecting to webmail.stanford.edu (Stanford's Office 365 webmail).  After authenticating with your SUNet ID and password, you may be directed to a Microsoft Applications screen and unable to connect directly to webmail.  

Connections through desktop or mobile application such as Outlook, Apple Mail, and Thunderbird are working normally.

University IT is working with Microsoft to identify the cause and correct the problem.  There is currently no estimate for when this issue will be corrected.
