For those just getting started in Salesforce, this course covers initial user setup, navigating the interface, managing accounts, managing the opportunity pipeline, how to use Salesforce email, and working with reports and dashboards.

Salesforce is a powerful cloud-based customer relationship management system which allows users to easily manage an online database of contacts (people), accounts (companies), and opportunities (events, engagements, sales, etc.). In the course of this training, you will become adept at navigating the components of the Salesforce platform, learn the keys to customizing around your specific needs, and develop your own set of high-performance techniques to accomplish more with Salesforce.
