Student IT Services Billing and Payment

Your IT Service charges appear on your University Bill. In every month’s bill, you will see a line item for each service you are subscribed to. For information on payments and billing, see the Stanford ePay web site. If you have a question about your IT Services charges on your University Bill, submit a HelpSU Request. Under Category Type, select “Student Services.” Under Request Type, select “Student IT Services Billing.” If you prefer, call the Stanford IT Help Desk at 5-HELP (725-4357).

Billing disputes

To report an error or dispute an item on your bill, submit a HelpSU request. Under Category Type, select “Student Services.” Under Request Type, select “Student IT Services Billing.” You must report an error in billing within 21 days of the statement date on your University Bill.
