Learn new and innovative techniques in Outlook for better managing and organizing your inbox and overcoming the email overload.

Note: This live online class is conducted using the PC version of Microsoft Office. If you are using the Mac version, you might still benefit from this class and learn about the concepts and techniques demonstrated, however, please beware that the demonstrations use the PC version.

You will learn practical features such as customizing and setting flags, using categories to organize your inbox, using calendar and tasks to track action emails, using advanced searches to easily find relevant information, and organizing and archiving your messages for future reference.
