Learn the correct way to setup your documents, work with Layers, and trouble shoot common problems. This class is the perfect introduction to see why every creative professional has used at least one of these three applications in the Adobe suite.
This class begins with Illustrator, where you will learn how to work with vector art (typically used for flat graphics, like logos). Create art with shapes, gradients, swatches, and understand how to manipulate paths and develop graphic images that can then be imported into Photoshop or InDesign.
Next, we explore Photoshop and its ability to manipulate photos -- adjust the lights/darks, contrast, and scale images. Place the image into InDesign, using its robust set of layout tools for your final print or web project. Export PDF's for print or Jpgs for web. Save time with multi-page documents.
We will cover how these three distinct applications can work together -- making the most of each application. By the end of the class, you will have a clear idea of what each application was designed for, and which will serve each project best.
The class will be taught using the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
