VoIP Troubleshooting Tips / Help


  • Headsets: Most newer model headsets, particularly Plantronics, work with Cisco VoIP phones. If you use a wireless headset with a built-in lifter (i.e., with an internal hook switch), call University IT at 5-HELP to configure the headset feature for your phone.
