Unenroll Jamf for iOS/iPadOS

Before you begin

  • If you need help, please call the UIT Service Desk at 650-725-4357 (5-HELP) or submit a Help request.
  • It’s recommended that your device be connected to a Wi-Fi network and have at least 15% battery life.

Unenroll Jamf for iOS

You must complete these steps using the iOS/iPadOS device you want to unenroll. 

 

  1. From the Home screen, go to Settings > General > Profiles or Profiles & Device Management or Device Management
  2. Select the MDM Profile under MOBILE DEVICE MANAGEMENT
    IMPORTANT: Do not remove any other profiles.
  3. Select Remove Management
  4. Enter your device passcode
