Request Assistance

University IT staff may request assistance with managing their services using this form. Here are some examples of things the Service Management Office can help with:

  • Consulting on new service development
  • Consulting on service improvement
  • Improving customer experience of the service
  • Helping diagnose issues with the service
  • Developing service catalog page(s) and/or service communications
  • Assisting with service reporting and metrics
  • Creating well-integrated support and operational processes
  • Developing rate and ordering/billing processes
  • Discuss how service management or service design can apply to a service
