To stop cable TV service and avoid further charges, you will need to change or cancel your service online and return your cable TV box. For subscribers with bundled services (i.e., internet and cable TV), you can submit a change service request to only remove the cable TV service from your bundle.
To cancel or change your cable TV subscription before the service retires on July 31, 2023, complete the following steps:
- Submit a cancel or change service request:
- Residents of University Terrace: cancel service or change service (subscribers with bundled services)
- Residents of Stanford West, Welch Road, or Olmsted Terrace: cancel service or change service (subscribers with bundled services)
- Departments: cancel or change service, be sure to include the following information:
- Location of the Cable TV service
- PTA or account number
- and/or CATV number
- Return your cable TV boxes. If the equipment is not returned, you will be charged a fee of $200.
- Drop off location: Puichon Hall at 169 Searsville Road, Stanford. Please use the doorbell when you arrive.
- Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
