What's in IT for U?

Thursday, October 1, 2015

The IT Open House is an annual event where Stanford University faculty, staff and students gather under one roof to meet face-to-face with the people who deliver and support our university’s technical solutions. The event will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 7 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Tresidder Union.

This year's theme -- What's in IT for U? -- invites you to learn more about the spectrum of services available to, and provided by, the Stanford community. This is your opportunity to ask questions about the newest offerings on campus or to learn about technology that is coming to campus in the future.  Staff from across the Stanford community, including representatives from various schools, departments, and University IT, will be on hand to showcase offerings, answer questions, and hear your valuable feedback on recently implemented solutions or your needs for the future.  Additionally, many of the university's key third-party vendors and industry partners attend this event to highlight their services.

The event is a fantastic time to catch up with your colleagues, learn about new and existing technology, as well as to contribute by sharing your own success stories.

We invite you to take a couple of minutes to visit https://itopenhouse.stanford.edu/to read more about the event and to register your planned attendance.  Your pre-registration makes you eligible for one of many fun raffles planned throughout the event.

We look forward to seeing you at Tresidder on Oct. 7.
