Note: This is a lecture. A laptop is recommended, but not required. 

Learn best practices of using Google Drive and Box to facilitate collaboration within your group, and have a central location for all documentation.

This course will cover how to:

- Manage, upload, download, export, and publish documents in both Box and Google Drive

- Sync files that can be accessed from any device, on or offline

- Manage permissions of files and folders and assign viewing, editing, and commenting rights

- Design and maintain an organized, cloud-based file structure to increase team productivity
