Making your work communications more accessible: In this session, participants will learn ways to look at their daily work communications from additional perspectives and be proactive about making them accessible to individuals with disabilities. Participants will learn about potential access barriers and how this impacts people with disabilities and learn strategies to make their communications accessible to a wide audience.

Here’s what we’ll cover in this training:

• Discuss the types of disabilities that anyone may interact with knowingly and unknowingly
• Discuss benefits of being proactive about making daily communications accessible
• Overview of specific examples of strategies for accessible emails, docs, presentations, and Slack messages
