Cardinal Print is Stanford's holistic managed print services program. The program supports Stanford's goals of improving workflow efficiency, reducing security risks, enhancing the end user experience, reducing the total cost of ownership, and achieving long-term sustainability goals.
This managed print service is offered by an external provider to analyze and manage document output devices. The analysis helps departments to gain visibility into and control over printing, which helps save money, boost productivity, and improve environmental sustainability and document security.
The Cardinal Print program supports Stanford's sustainability and security goals.
Program benefits include simpler print device management and administration, improved workflows, and a range of training resources.
