This live online training is designed to help you successfully navigate today's work environment, including challenges with changing priorities, working in distributed environments, and communicating effectively. Many are asked to work remotely, hybrid, or in the office and collaborate with others in a hybrid environment.

Program Description

This session enables you to turn challenges into opportunities and develop skills.

This includes being productive working in remote and hybrid environments, effectively managing priorities and projects, skillfully sharing information, collaborating with others, and staying invigorated and motivated while keeping stress and worries in check.

 

 

Learning Objectives

1. Adapt to Remote and Hybrid Work Environments: Participants will adapt to and excel within remote and hybrid work settings, ensuring continued productivity and engagement from any location.

2. Enhance Project Management Skills: Cultivate the ability to organize and coordinate projects effectively using the Immediate Priorities Matrix and the Project Matrix, optimizing time management and deadline adherence.

3. Improve Communication and Collaboration: Enhance information sharing and collaboration skills using digital tools such as Miro virtual whiteboards and other specified technologies to facilitate teamwork in remote and hybrid environments.

4. Utilize Specialized Tools for Increased Efficiency: Apply Smartsheet techniques for implementing management matrices and Miro for problem-solving and collaboration, integrating these tools into daily workflows.

5. Manage Meetings Effectively: Develop strategies for conducting meetings more efficiently using the discussed technologies, optimizing resource use, and improving meeting outcomes.
